Selling Your Way In
In this dynamic conversation, I share the passion and the why behind my book, Selling Your Way IN. The first reason I wrote the book is that I want sales individuals to know themselves well enough to pick the right sales role. That alone can set them up for a great deal of success in their career. Mike has been a colleague, mentor, and inspiration to me in my sales leadership and consultation journey, and I am so very grateful and honored that he graciously wrote the foreword for my book. We had a lot of moments of shaking our heads in agreement around the truths that we believe to be guiding principles in the world of sales. It was a blast to spend time with him on this episode.
