Bits About Books – In Conversation with Kristie K. Jones Author: “Selling Your Way In”
This was a thoughtful conversation that allowed the opportunity to take several steps back to the origin of my book, “Selling Your Way IN”: what led to writing it in the first place as well as the process and events that formed the primary topic and focus that I knew needed to be shared with many. Too often, people believe a sales job is just a sales job, but working in sales is much more nuanced than this. Through years of interviewing sales candidates for my clients, an overwhelming trend became apparent. Very few salespeople are self-aware enough to know which kind of sales job suits their personality, strengths, and goals. This is one of the main “whys” behind my book writing journey.
