This was a fun and slightly unconventional conversation about the direction sales seems to be headed with less sales soft skills being taught and executed and what sales leaders can do about it.  We discussed who and why Top Ten Percenters are the excellent contributors that they are and how trust and accountability need to be a primary focus of any organization that wishes to retain those top achievers.  For added entertainment, the sports analogies were flying—seriously, we may have covered them all.  Cory and I had a blast on this one!
