The art of sales is dying as fewer sales reps have been taught the methods of sales soft skills. Sales leaders need to train and coach their teams on these techniques to help them have more success in gaining prospect trust which leads to client-brand relationship with the organization. Today’s sales reps with zero sales soft skills will be tomorrow’s sales leaders who will not be equipped to pass this knowledge along to future sales reps.
